Dear Tenants,
RE: Christmas opening hours
I am writing to advise that we will be closing the office at 11am on Thursday the 21st of December 2023 for the Christmas Holidays, we will then re-open Monday the 8th of January 2024 from 9am.
Obviously during this time if you have any emergencies you can contact us on our emergency line, the number for this is 07415944017. I must stress that this is for emergencies only and you may be charged for a call out if it is deemed not to be an emergency.
Please can you all make sure that you have purchased enough tokens to cover you over the Christmas period by Wednesday the 20th of December. Someone will be at Claude Road at 11.30am on Wednesday the 27th of December & Wednesday the 3rd of January 2024. This is very important as there will be no call outs concerning this matter during the Christmas Holidays.
