Covid- 19 Safety Guidelines Following the government’s guidance, our office is now open as normal. To help us ensure the safety of our colleagues, clients and local communities, the following guidelines must be observed in our office, on viewings and if a maintenance team member is undertaking work at your property. Across all instances, we ask that you remain 2 metres away from any other person and that you wear a mask. Please let us know if you require assistance but are shielding or in self-isolation. If you or a member of your household is exhibiting any symptoms or feeling unwell, please inform us as soon as possible. When visiting us in branch:  On arrival, please scan the QR code using the NHS track and trace app.  You will be greeted with a reception desk at the front of the office with a Perspex screen, to be cleaned after every visitor  Only 2 visitors permitted at any time These policies will be continually reviewed and amended in line with further government guidelines advice.
